Privacy policy
pymwymi helps users join fitness challenges, submit proof videos/photos, review submissions, and manage prize pool payouts and withdrawals.
Information we collect
Account information: email address, display name, profile photo, and basic profile details.
Challenge information: challenges joined or created, selected schedule days, entry fees, prize pools, completion status, and payout records.
Submission and review information: proof videos or photos, rep counts, daily codes, timestamps, review votes, flags, and review outcomes.
Device information: push notification token when notifications are enabled.
Payment information: payment references and withdrawal request metadata. Full payment processing is handled by payment providers.
Camera, microphone, and photos
pymwymi uses the camera and microphone to record proof submissions and count exercise reps. Photo library access is used when a user chooses a profile image, challenge image, or when a challenge explicitly allows gallery-uploaded proof such as screenshots or activity summaries.
Submission videos are retained only for the day of submission and the following day. After that, videos are deleted from storage while non-video submission records may remain for challenge history, payout handling, fraud prevention, and audit purposes.
How we use information
We use information to operate challenges, track completion, count reps, process proof submissions, enable peer review and flagging, process payments and payouts, send reminders, prevent fraud and cheating, and provide support.
Sharing
Submission videos and challenge activity may be visible to authenticated users in the same challenge for review and challenge operation. Payment processing information may be shared with payment providers as needed.
The app does not provide open user-to-user chat, and we do not sell personal information.
Data retention
Proof videos are kept for today and yesterday only. Account, challenge, transaction, review, payout, and withdrawal records may be kept longer where needed for service operation, financial records, dispute handling, and legal compliance.
Account deletion
You can delete your account from the profile screen in the app. When you do, we remove or anonymize your profile information and disable your login. Some records may be retained where needed for service integrity, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal obligations, or financial recordkeeping.
