Refund policy
This policy explains when pymwymi payments may be returned and when challenge entry fees are not refundable.
Before a challenge starts
If a paid challenge is cancelled by pymwymi, fails to start, or cannot be provided as described, eligible paid entry fees may be returned to the user wallet or refunded through the payment provider where possible.
If a payment is duplicated or clearly made in error, contact support promptly with the account email, amount, date, provider reference, and any payment screenshot.
After joining a challenge
Once a user has joined a challenge and the challenge is active or has other paid participants, the entry fee generally becomes part of the prize pool and is not refundable simply because the user changes their mind, stops participating, misses a required day, or fails proof review.
This is necessary because the challenge depends on a shared prize pool and equal accountability rules for all participants.
Disqualification and failed proof
Users who submit invalid or dishonest proof, miss required submissions, or breach challenge rules may be disqualified and will not receive a refund or prize-pool payout for that challenge.
pymwymi may delay, reverse, or deny a refund or payout where required for fraud prevention, dispute handling, payment-provider rules, chargebacks, or legal compliance.
Processing refunds
Approved refunds may be credited to the user wallet or returned through the original payment provider where supported. Processing times depend on the provider and the user bank.
Refund requests should be sent to support with enough information for pymwymi to identify the account, payment, and challenge.
