Fitness and safety

pymwymi is not medical advice. You are responsible for deciding whether an exercise or challenge is safe for you. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or unsafe discomfort.

Challenges and commitments

Each challenge has a fixed commitment between R50 and R5,000 shown before joining. Paystack places a temporary card preauthorization hold; pymwymi does not hold a wallet balance and captures R0 at entry.

Completers keep their full amount. A voluntary forfeit, missed required submission, failure to complete, or confirmed dishonest proof allows pymwymi to capture the commitment as its accountability-service fee.

Official challenge rules

By joining, you accept the challenge rules, these terms, and the commitment rules.

Rules may include proof type, daily codes, targets, submission days, dates, review requirements, forfeiture events, and the amount.

Proof submissions

Proof videos or photos must show the required activity clearly and include the daily code where applicable. Videos are retained for today and yesterday only, then removed from storage. Submission records may remain for challenge history, commitment settlement, review integrity, fraud prevention, and audit purposes.

Reviews and flags

Reviews must be honest. When cheating is confirmed, pymwymi captures the participant commitment as its accountability-service fee. Correct reviewers may receive reputation or non-cash recognition, not money.

Split peer decisions may be escalated to admin review. Abuse may cause warnings, removal of review access, restrictions, or forfeiture.

No gambling or betting

pymwymi is an accountability service. It does not offer prize pools, winner shares, betting, odds, drawings, lotteries, casino games, sports betting, or sports-outcome payouts.

Participants keep their own money on completion or pay the disclosed accountability-service fee after a defined failure.

Apple

Apple is not a sponsor of, involved in, or responsible for pymwymi challenges, commitments, reviews, forfeitures, card authorizations, captures, or releases.

Card holds and settlement

Paystack handles card authorization, capture, and release. Challenges over 30 days use rolling holds of up to 30 days against a reusable authorization.

pymwymi may delay or reverse a settlement where required for fraud prevention, disputes, legal compliance, provider rules, reversals, or chargebacks.

Account deletion

You can delete your account from the profile screen in the app. Your profile will be removed or anonymized. Some challenge, transaction, review, and financial records may be retained where needed for service integrity, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal obligations, tax obligations, or financial recordkeeping.

Prohibited use

Do not submit fake proof, impersonate others, manipulate payments or reviews, harass users, upload illegal content, or attempt to bypass app security.
