Pricing structure
This page explains how pymwymi challenge entry fees, prize pools, wallet deposits, and provider fees work.
Challenge entry fees
pymwymi challenges use a fixed entry fee shown before a user joins or creates a paid challenge. The exact amount depends on the challenge and is displayed in South African rand before payment.
Users review the challenge title, rules, proof requirements, schedule, start and end dates, entry fee, and prize pool information before paying.
Prize pool formation
Paid entry fees are allocated to the relevant challenge prize pool. Users who complete the stated requirements and pass proof review qualify for a payout from that pool.
Users who miss required submissions, fail review, are disqualified, or otherwise breach the rules do not qualify for a payout from that challenge.
Platform and provider fees
pymwymi may deduct a platform fee from forfeited or unclaimed prize-pool amounts before final payout. The app does not charge a recurring subscription fee by default.
Third-party payment providers or banks may charge processing, card, transfer, reversal, chargeback, or withdrawal fees. Where applicable, these may reduce the amount received or returned.
Wallet deposits and withdrawals
Users may deposit funds into their pymwymi wallet to join paid challenges. Wallet balances are shown in the app.
Eligible prize-pool payouts are credited to the user wallet and may be withdrawn through supported payout providers, subject to provider processing times, identity checks, bank rules, and fraud-prevention review.
